Clean, comfortable, warm. Good shower. Helpful owner. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Walking distance to wonderful town where driving and parking can be problematic. Some free parking available at hotel. ( not sure how much parking would be available in summer if hotel full).

Loved the room, and the location. Our room was just across from a small river and the sound of the stream was very nice. The room had a balcony overlooking the stream as well. Room was very comfortable and clean. The owners and staff were the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met on my many years of travel…they were wonderful and made us feel like family. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a great selection. Location was five minute walk to the old town center. Wonderful stay!

Great price per value! Location is very close to the center, our room had nice forest view and everything was spotless clean. The hosts are very friendly, flexible in terms of checkin times and available to help if one needs to. Extra bonus for being able to stay along with your pet. Highly recommended!

The hotel was ideally placed for our visit and was extremely clean and modern. The staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful, taking time to personally greet you at breakfast time. The variety of food selection for breakfast was excellent and overall, great value for money. Definitely a place to stay for future visits and to recommend to friends.

great hotel on the edge of the lovely town of Monschau. very comfortable and clean room with a nice little balcony. Plenty of choice at breakfast. very helpful and friendly young lady, quick to answer any email queries that I had. free parking always a bonus. I would recommend that anyone staying here takes advantage of the discount offered at the restaurant in town Zum Haller great food and atmosphere. look forward to making a return journey soon

A small, comfortable hotel in a good location with sufficient parking. The host was very helpful, drinks are available on a night and the small terrace was a lovely place to sit and chill.

Perfect location on the edge of the town across from the river. Lovely clean comfortable room with branded linen. Nice warm powerful shower in the modern bathroom. The room has a large patio window that opens onto a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs with nice views over the river. The room also has a large flat screen tv, small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. The breakfast room was large and bright with a large selection of rolls, fruit, cheese, meats etc and they even had eggs and sausages if you want this. There were hand sanitiser points with the wearing of face coverings compulsory when in communal areas. Our CV-19 vaccination passports were also politely verified. Parking is right outside the hotel. There is a small road between the hotel and river but traffic noise is negligible and not at all during the night. A fantastic stay and we will definitely visit there again in the future.

I've stayed here a few times now. It is always clean & tidy. The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is great with a powerful shower. It has parking. Good WiFi. It's a short 10min walk into the centre of Monschau. At breakfast, there are breads, cooked meats, sausages, eggs, cereals.

Really friendly host and spotlessly clean hotel, breakfast was the usually continental fare all catered for with fresh meats and cheeses. Lovely and quiet in the evenings no sound at all. Would definitely stay again. Love to know where they get the pillow from the best one I've had in two weeks travel
